Pr. Thomas ATENGA is a senior lecturer at the University of Douala, specialised in political communication as well as communication for development. He is one of the experts on the first panel dedicated to contemporary challenges of decentralised cooperation. Pr. ATENGA will share his long-standing experience with the participants and guests who will be present at the Amphitheatre of the Yaounde Conference Centre on Thursday 1st June 2023.
Pr Armand LEKA ESSOMBA is a sociologist and Executive Director of the Cameroonian Laboratory for Studies and Research on Contemporary Societies (CERESC) at the University of Yaounde I. He will be in charge of leading the second panel of discussion on :"The territorialisation of economic growth, the key to food security". This discussion will take place in the Amphitheatre of the Yaounde Conference Centre on Thursday 1st June 2023.
Baudelaire KEMAJOU is an expert on local development issues and the management of international relations of Councils. He is the Director of the Technical Centre for Communal Forests in Cameroon, set up by the Association of Councils Forest in the latter. His rich experience will be used during his discussion session pertaining to Lessons learned from the practices of Franco-Cameroonian decentralised cooperation over the last 20 years and areas for innovation. This intervention will be made during the first panel discussion having as theme :"Contemporary issues in decentralised cooperation". This will take place on 1st June 2023 in the Amphitheatre of the Yaounde Conference.
