Access :Access to the Yaounde Conference Centre is free but is subject to the presentation of the badge. Registration is mandatory and needed for one to have a badge

Airport:Yaounde Nsimalen and Douala. A JEICOM23 information office will be installed at airports. Yaounde Nsimalen International Airport is highly recommended. Foreign participants are asked to provide their flight arrival times
A shuttle will be provided to ensure the connection between the airport and the accommodation sites.
